WGB Group LLC was founded by William Bew, a business owner, systems thinker, mentor, and practical problem solver with more than 35 years of hands-on ownership experience.
William’s background began in technical and engineering roles, where he learned how process, precision, and structure create better outcomes. He went on to build companies, improve operations, train teams, reduce inefficiencies, and experience firsthand what it takes to lead a business through growth, pressure, transition, and change.
